When I started this look back at the story so far, we would blow right past huge world-shattering events. The Protestant Reformation got a

sentence, maybe too. But as we get closer and closer to catching up to where we left

off, the scope narrows. The English Civil War and the 30 years

war. Yeah, we talked about both of them, and we spent a fair amount of time on

Henry Morgan, of course, but today we're talking about a period

that will directly impact our story moving forward in undeniable, huge ways.
