we're broadcasting live from a traffic jam on Route 23, discussing the 2003 supernatural horror sequel,

Final Destination 2. This film was directed by David R. Ellis from a screenplay by Jay McKay Gruber

and Eric Bress. Following the success of its predecessor, Final Destination

2 follows a mostly new crew along with a familiar face or two in their quest to once again

outwit and cheat death. With memorable kills and an opening sequence that scarred an entire

generation, this film would go on to become a box office success and pave the way for future entries in the

franchise. This film was suggested to us by Friends of the Show and Windigo Getters, Molly Gerhardt,

Brittany Ramatar, and Jordan Nash. We'd like to thank all three of them for their continued support

of the show as well as this suggestion. So, Final Destination 2. What were your first impressions on the film?

I remember seeing this a little bit after it came out, but that was about it. I think I've watched

it twice, but I do remember watching it for the show. The first time I seen it, I remember

because of the kills and everything.

I was like, oh, shit, this is crazy.

But I can't remember if I really, really liked the movie,

or I was just very excited because of the way people were dying.

Right.
