Trinity Western University. Of course, we're talking about them in Canada and how the Ontario law, whatever doesn't want them to be able to make law students because they would be Christian and potentially.

And so we got an email from Curtis who says I'm a pastor in Edmonton, Alberta. Love the podcast. I've been listening for a few months. I've been following your discussion about Trinity Western eagerly and thought you might like a little more background, which broadens the discussion.

My wife is an alumnus of T. W. U. is a trained teacher when she was attending there. 2001 she graduated. T. W. U. was in the midst of another lawsuit. This time it was their teacher certification program, which was being contended.

The British Columbia Teachers Federation took T. W. U. to court arguing that their community standards pledge would prevent them from being able to train teachers without a discriminatory attitude toward the LGBT students.

I went all the way to the Supreme Court costing T. W. U. a fortune. He says parenthetically and the final ruling came down in favor of T. W. U.

So now they have a full-blown teacher certification program and grads no longer have to go to Simon Frazier University to be deprogrammed for a fifth year like his wife did.
