Well, do they are you really able to read their minds um number one he said uh just become aware of it become aware that that's what you're doing

and decide to quit doing it i mean that really isn't easy enough yeah um because he says there's this

commandment it's one of the 10 commandments about not bearing false witness against your neighbor. But it's like what happens is you don't know that somebody

actually thinks that. So you rehearse that in your mind, kind of convince yourself of it,
