It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast.

And I'm so excited to be back home after our annual conference this week.

I was in Indianapolis, Indiana.

And I always love events because it just reinvigorates my soul,

but I also love connecting with members of my team. I love listening to the keynote speakers.

We got a chance to hear Rachel Hollis, and did an incredible job plus training from lots of other

leaders in the network and I had the opportunity to host a pre-summit event called Rise Up and to

speak on main stage and the amount of feedback that I got from my keynote presentation just blew me out of the water.
