What's happening out there?

It's been a dark week here in America and as your designated microphones we've just come to tell

you that it's going to get a lot darker.

Courage your loins.

Yeah, I mean, it's same thing every week, you know.

It's like Grandhog Day.

Well, I had, I don't know. I don't want to get too much into it because we've got an interview at this

interview at this episode, which I think does a really good job of sort of showing the state of the working class at the moment

And I this the thing that's been on my mind though in the last 24 hours I've just been so

disturbed by this Trump rally in North Carolina, about an entire stadium of people basically chanting.

For the deportation and or worse of Ilionomar.

Yeah, and I think it just goes to show you that

this country is, as we've said

as we've said before on the show multiple times and as we've said in this episode

we are in a sort of political crisis in the sense that our system can no longer contain its many contradictions.

And I think that what might result out of that could be a straight up sort of autocracy of some kind.

If you want to call it fascism, you would call it that.

Maybe if you want to have the deeper sort of historical view,

call it autocracy or emperor or whatever.
