Elsat registrant, we are writing with additional information for September

Elsat registrants affected by Hurricane Harvey. We hope that you and your loved ones are okay.

We are still actively working with test center supervisors in that region to determine when or

where we might be able to offer the Elsat in the southeast Texas area.

Because there are so many open questions, we do not have any additional September test

center information to share with you at this time. So we are providing two immediate

options for September registrants who have been impacted by the storm. There will

be no additional charge for either of the following options. And the two options are test date change. They're
