dugger volo joins us she has a book that she released she's she says something in this

interview which is a term that I've not heard we talked to her about she's kind of distanced

herself from the upbringing but she hasn't left a faith she has a very strong faith still and so

a lot of people who go through that process say that they've deconstructed their faith right

and so Emily who did the interview you'll hear her ask her about her process of deconstructing

and she says I didn't deconstruct I disentangled my faith from the teachings of my upbringing

and that term disentangled has stuck with me since I heard this interview it is fascinating you

that the album tackles a how's it going and b you want to give any updates on this the new project
