Welcome in folks. In any situation, if someone said to you, or in most situations, just imagine it's a neutral situation where you don't have anything preconceived about this particular item.

And someone just said to you the concept of Korean chicken, wouldn't you think it was a chicken that was born in Korea?

Or not born in necessarily, but, you know, this lineage was there.

Do you think that they import Korean chickens whenever they serve Korean chicken as a food?

No, you know, I've never really thought about it, but I suppose if pressed to do so,

I would just think it's Korean spices.

Now, the spices, I guess they probably are mainly things that have their lineage in Korea then, right?

Although the Korean chicken place I had for lunch, of course, yeah, obviously, they had some cheese options, it's my understanding. It's uncommon for that area.

That feels like they're pandering to us. Yeah, I mean, I've told you this story before,

but when I went to Hong Kong and Thailand, it wasn't like I was watching my consumption of food.

Mm-hmm.

And part of it obviously was that I was like walking a lot and a lot of it was on elevation, be it in Hong Kong, like the city is built on top of itself.

Mm-hmm.

Or in Thailand where I did some like,

I get like hikes that I had no business doing,

you know, that like my wife set out,
