Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast. And in today's episode, I am going to

drop on you a system that I use for getting new distributors started right in my organization. I believe that

regardless of the industry, that you are a part of this can be, you can relate this to what you're

doing, whether it is getting a new employee started or getting somebody started in your network

marketing business.
