I'm your host Annie F. Down so glad to be here with you today.

I hope you enjoyed last week's shows with Shannon Martin and Taylor Twelman.

I am grateful for both of them.

A couple of weeks ago and you will hear us talk about this in the show, I sat down just

with my buddy Andrew Rip, one of my favorite musicians, an incredibly gifted guy.

We were just catching up at Frothy Monkey and he started telling a part of his story that

I hadn't heard from him yet.

And I just almost immediately, like, stop, stop, stop.

I can't ask you any more questions.

I want my friends to hear this conversation.

So he was kind enough the next day to come into my office and sit down with us and talk.

So this is a great conversation for women and for men all about waiting for what you don't

have and what you want and how that affects your life.

So I think this is a really powerful story and I'm really grateful to have a way to get

to share it with you.
