So they're talking about holiday eating and obviously Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up and New Year's.

And I just read this article here here and I'll quote it,

That is false.

No, I look at the holidays as an opportunity

to get faster, leaner, better, stronger, smarter,

increased durability, increased torque, increase power, explosiveness, like all of those things.

Other people see it as a chance to gain and to become less fit.

Yeah.

To me, it's just an opportunity to chisel.

Thanksgiving, you're thinking, how can I increase torque?

How can I chisel myself into an explosive sprinting machine or powerlifting machine?

That's something to be grateful for a brand.

Yeah, it makes people love you too around the table when you talk like this.
