This class explores the masculine and feminine energies that reside within each of us. You'll play with the wild, expressive freedom of the feminine in open chain movements, and the defined, strength, and structure of the masculine in closed chain movements. This exploration of polarity will bring your entire being into wholeness for a free flowing and invigorating class. Expect to move differently and move into greater expression.
