Good morning, everybody. It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women

podcast. And I am so excited to have you back here this week for a brand new episode. So,

it is June 11th, and we are in the midst of the summer chaos.

And here in the Metro household, we are running kids to flag football camp this week.

We are finishing up our in-house baseball season. We've got our championship this week. We are finishing up our in-house baseball season. We've got our championship this

week. We are kicking off our very first tournament for travel baseball this weekend. I mean,

life is insane. I personally am preparing for a really big speaking engagement next month at our annual conference.

And I am busy working on content for a chic influencer.

So we are bumping over here and life is great.

But here is the butt in there. You when life is great and opportunities are knocking at the

door, there's always, there's always that possibility of burnout, overwhelm, stress and anxiety

can be a little bit higher.

It's easier to be distracted when your kids are home throughout the summer.

You know, just because you have opportunities doesn't mean that you don't also have obstacles.
