Good morning and welcome to another exciting edition of BTL.

Batsk Live where we are going to talk fishing.

It is an ice bowl in Oklahoma. I walked outside this morning to see exactly how

I see it was and the next thing you know I was laying on the grass and as I... let's just say when you hit 39 you're not as agile as you

used to be in your late 20s I'm sure if you've been there you've had that moment where

you feel agile until you realize that you are no longer agile and as I rolled around the crunchy grass with

approximately a half inch of ice on it I realize that my days of agility are in the past.

So it kind of weird because everything's frozen, but the season is like eight days from kicking off.

There's a Toyota series that kicks off this week on Okeechobee, the open kicks off the following week, but right in between there,

the Bass Pro Tour stage one kicks off January 30th on Toledo Bend.

One of the guys who will be there is,

I've known this guy a long time,

consider him a friend.

We used to hang out more and then he got a 75 foot yacht

and he goes out and he catches Marlin and all these fish in the ocean he's never around to hang out anymore.
