I took a little trip last week, across Tennessee over into the Smoky Mountains, and when I came down the other side, I was in Crab Creek, North Carolina, a little bitty town, and I was visiting the graves of Billy and Benny McCrary.

They were listed in the Guinness Book of World's Records as the world's largest twins.

Each of them weighed over 750 pounds.

As the story goes, a Life magazine photographer saw them at the North Carolina Apple Festival in Hendersonville and took a picture of both of them riding mini bikes.

And the people from Guinness Book of World's Records saw that photo in Life magazine and hunted them down and found out that they actually were the world's largest twins.

They listed them in the book.

And from that point, Honda motorcycles did a promotion where they hired them to ride motorcycles

3,000 miles from New York to Los Angeles to show how durable Honda motorcycles were.

And then when they got there, they were on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson.

Gori Guerrero, who was a legendary wrestling promoter, saw that and decided these guys should be a tag team wrestling duo.

So he called them the McGuire twins.
