Declan was born in Hartford,

Chesant. He's from a musical family and began writing songs around the age of

seven taking classical guitar lessons age nine before going electric at secondary school.

It was as he entered his teens that he began to take music more and more seriously

and while studying for his G.C.s, entered and won the 2015 Glastonbury Festival emerging talent competition with the enemy
