I'm going to go and I want to welcome everyone back to the Pekiniano show. I am really happy to have Ron nuns with me. How are you doing Ron?

Fine, fine.

Why should tell everybody a little bit about yourself?

Well, I guess my original background was in theoretical physics and then basically in the mid-80s I got involved in financial in computer software for a while and then by the 90s and afterwards I really became much more involved in public

policy and politics and that sort of thing. You know I involved in doing some

initiative campaigns both in California and the rest of the country.

And then in the last 15 or 20 years, I really gotten involved in a project to digitize the old archives of a lot of major American publications.

You know, the sort of opinion journals that had been very influential in American society over the last 100,

150 years.

And partly as I did that, I end up running across really many surprising elements of American history that I really hadn't been

previously aware of.

And so in the last 10 or 12 years, really a lot of my work has gone into producing a series of articles on these

historical events especially the American Proveter series and then other things really showing that so much of what we believe we know about the past the last 100, 150 years is really

of media propaganda than the reality and you know many of that obviously comes down to the present day

where you know so much of what we find in the media really is very unreliable compared to what probably

would we would have believed before the internet came along.
