But like, as I pieced it, I think, I think I've pieced it together.

And I think it, I think it all works out.

Because, you know, like, as you're, as evidenced by your experience with the therapy uh there's just there's a lot going on in our heads there's your your conscious mind but then much bigger and more impactful in that

there's your subconscious mind and by definition you don't have control over your subconscious mind

like your conscious mind is the parts that you're aware of and can control.
