Well, hello everybody. It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women podcast.

And today is a pretty exciting day. We are officially at 100 episodes of the Women Inspiring Women podcast. And you guys have been giving me incredible feedback

and topics for future episodes that you want to hear me speak on. And I feel like this has been

such a labor of love and have really enjoyed every single episode that I've gotten to create for all of you.

So today is a big day, 100 episodes, and we are going to kick it off and talk a little bit

about mindset.

And this is actually going to come from a place of personal challenge and struggle.

So it's going to be a really good, honest conversation that I

am going to have with all of you today. So before we dive in, I just want to shout out our
