What this was was a system that allowed the NSA to own the networks of Iraq.

We were able, they were able to intercept every cell phone call, every text message, every

And what they did with this was to start to build a picture of how these insurgents were

So there was a sigils intelligence component to it.

But more than that, they broke into these networks.

They did things like sending text messages to individual fighters that appeared to come

from fighters who they knew, directing them to say, meet us effectively on this corner

And when they got there, they were greeted by US troops and they were captured.

And they were planning spyware in websites and in forums that Gihadi's were known to

use and also Al-Kaeda in Iraq so that their computers would become infected and could

be turned into beacons so that we could actually track these guys down with combat forces.
