Well here we are all Buddy episode 100. Can't quite believe it. Me neither.

You know when we decided to start the podcast over half a decade ago, we had quite modest ambitions for it.

We thought maybe we do what, a dozen episodes and that would be that.

It's somehow here we are.

Almost six years and 100 episodes later. Not sure how that happened.

We're basically like a pair of CyberDine Model T800s.

I simply will not stop, ever.

A slight exaggeration there, but we're not going anywhere just yet.

Of course we have a huge debt of gratitude to you, our loyal listeners, with whom we are

everything, without whom we are nothing, to quote Whitney Houston, I think.

Your love and unwavering support for the show really does drive us on,

so we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

We'd also like to thank each and every one of our guests

for making the last five and a half years such an unalloyed joy.

We've had some truly wonderful conversations with so many incredible songwriters and we've

learned so much about the writing process and had some experiences we'll never forget

at least until the dementia kicks in.
