Just as a legal reminder, Angela, Billy, Jake and George Wagner were charged with aggravated murder.

Angela Wagner's mother, Rita Jo Nukem and Billy Wagner's mother, Federica, were both charged with obstruction of justice and perjury.

Nukem was also charged with forgery.

All six of them pled not guilty and our justice system presumes innocence until guilt is proven.

Alley from Ormond Beach, Florida asked us about the drugs and how they relate to the case.
