Hi, I'm Sandra Champlain. For almost 25 years I've been on a journey to prove the existence of

life after death. On each episode we'll discuss the reasons we now know that our loved ones

have survived physical death and so will we. Welcome to Shades of the Afterlife.

Albert Einstein once said, there are two ways to live your life.

One as if nothing is a miracle. The other is as if everything is a miracle.

I don't know how old you are, but I'm 54 now and I've spent most of my life living as nothing

is a miracle. I bought into the myth that we had to see it to believe it.

As a kid, I believed in magic and miracles. I truly thought anything was possible.

Our parents plan to this as well, with that one night a year, a jolly fellow drops down our chimneys

and delivers wonderful toys and goodies. When I lost a tooth, I just put it under my pillow

and I'd wake up the next morning and find a small toy or a coin. There were plenty of

opportunities as a kid to believe in magic. Then one day everything changes. We grow up and the

magic ends. We learn life is hard work and the world of miracles end. Until today, I want this

episode to be the magic wand to help us all look at life that everything is a miracle.
