Hello everybody. My name is Chip Payne and I am the director for Lifestyle Christianity University and welcome to our podcast.

Today I have the privilege to introduce to you Denise Reid. Denise has been a student at Lifestyle Christianity University, sort of a miraculous testimony of how you even got

here and got into school. But she is a powerful, anointed daughter of God, a leader, and she is

already stepping into the things that the Lord has called her to. She has a ministry called the Lily of

Hope. And today, I have the privilege to introduce you to her and allow the

Lord to declare who he is and what he's doing in her and through her as a powerful daughter of the

king. And so, Denise, I want to welcome you to our podcast. How are you?

I'm doing good today. That's awesome. So Denise,

share a little bit about your testimony and your background, what you came out of and what God did

and now and what he's got you doing. Okay. So a little bit about my background. I come from

San Diego, California, born and raised was born addicted to

Heron so I went I went straight into the system foster system as six years

old was molested the first time in foster care and then seven to 12 was

molested with my grandfather because I went to live with my

grandma at 12 got raped by three different men in the hotel started drinking and drugs at 12 very

early and then went start went on this trail of going back into the foster system a little from my

grandma so I went through 15 group homes seven foster homes and just this trail of all of this

trauma and different things and was sleeping with men.

After that rape, I just had sex all the time with men and women.

So all this came up on me at the early age, started doing methamphetamies at 18 crystal

meth, started snorting cocaine at 21 just this line of

addiction and I had a son at 17 but couldn't take care of him left him with his grandma
