I've been a reporter at Channel 7 for a year and a half, and since I was a kid, I've been fascinated with cold cases, missing persons cases, and unsolved murders, and I'm an avid podcast listener, and I've always wanted to dig into a case.

But it wasn't until about a year into my job at Channel 7 that I first heard the name, Cassie Compton.
