Summary

We’re back! Thank you for joining us for a brand new season. Thomas kicks off the festivities with a close reading of a timeless text from the Mahayana Buddhist tradition. In this episode you can learn to relax your inner control freak (okay, for some of us it’s more like an outer control freak) and let go more fully  into the natural  ebb and flow of life.

life, for my physical health, for my spiritual sense of vitality. So here I am sharing the practice with you,

1:30.4

and I'm grateful that I have the occasion to do so. For the last 10 years now, full time,

1:35.8

I've just been spreading the good word about this practice. I'll say a lot more about it this

1:41.1

season, and if you haven't heard previous seasons, I recommend you go back to number one season one the basic format of the show

1:49.8

is that I offer a little bit of a teaching expound a little bit on it but then

1:55.6

just invite you to do the practice so it's very applied it's not theoretical

2:00.7

conceptual or if it is it's in service of helping you do the practice. So it's very applied. It's not theoretical, conceptual.

2:02.1

Or if it is, it's in service of helping you do these techniques

2:05.8

and pay attention in a new way that will help change your life for the better.
