All right, so we both picked up this book Thry a couple of weeks ago and I guess I want to know what made you pick it up. Well I kind of

want to know the same thing but I think we all want to thrive in life and I I think the third metric to redefining success in creating a life of well-being,

wisdom, and wonder, it sounded like another sort of antidote to our busy lives and how to regain balance in life and I'm all about those kinds of cheesy self-help books.

Yeah, self-help books are one of my favorites and I loved Lean In by Cheryl Sandberg and so I was kind of drawn to this because I felt like Cheryl Sandberg talked about like our professional lives more or less and I really liked

lean in and then I thought well maybe this will like cook the other side of the egg.

Yeah and both I think are pretty controversial and that here are two women kind of saying you can have it all

and do it all but we don't all have the same resources that Cheryl Samberg and Ariana
