on this podcast.

My name is Juan at Square Juan, Instagram, Twitter.

I've spent about 11 years in law enforcement, and I'm here on the show because I do think

it's really, really important for us, not only just to have a voice,

but to use our voice to talk about the different concerns that we have, the different issues

going on in the community, and also trying to bridge that gap between the community and law

enforcement.
