| 1:19.2 | this word meditation, mindfulness. And I started asking people about it. I'd never known a meditator. |
| 1:25.6 | I'd never sat with any group formally to practice meditation before, but something in me just started asking about how can I learn mindfulness. |

| 1:39.3 | So I get doing the practice. I learn my basics. I learn, you know, a posture that I can work with. I learn how to follow my breath. And I stick with it. I've been doing it about six months of this point. It's challenging, but I keep doing it because I have the sense this is really going to help. And it was at about the sixth month mark where I felt my whole life change. |
