1:05.1 | retreat down in central Utah, Spring City that we called Soulcraft, and it was this exploration of what is the life of the soul. |

1:25.2 | And I was pretty amazed getting into the preparation, how difficult it was |

1:39.4 | attempt a definition stumped me immediately. And I found myself pouring through texts across different |
1:45.9 | traditions over the course of many weeks and I'm coming out the other side from Spring City today |
1:51.9 | just feeling really worked, you know, exercised in a beautiful way but in an exhausting kind of way. |

2:02.8 | gym and all of your muscles ache the next day because you haven't lifted weights in a while, |
2:07.7 | I'm feeling a kind of full being soul ache today. And I think that's why I wanted to, you know, |
