Seven years after this show started, I decided I should drop a mission statement of sorts

I'm certainly not a professional podcaster or a media person and this entire thing kind of happened by accidents

I noticed that there are people who don't have anyone to run, jog, hike, or adventure with.

These people don't get to have the done to run, jog, hike, or adventure with.

These people don't get to have the dumb conversations

that happen when you train with the same person

for hours, weeks, days, and years.

So I created the original format of 10 Junk Miles titled episodes numbers 1 through 84 or later and also gang shows thereafter

These are just running friends talking about their running lives, non-running lives, and just life in general.
