We wanted to give you a rundown of what you can expect in this podcast feed.

My Book of Mormon was started by a guy named David Michael.

He read through the entire Book of Mormon with skeptical commentary, jokes, and knee-jerk reactions

to the text.

Once he finished the Book of Mormon, he wanted to tackle other

scriptures in the religious tradition of Mormonism. He read through the pearl of great price and had

many laughs through the journey. However, once he arrived at the doctrine and covenants, the type of

scripture changed, as did the show format. The doctrine and covenants usually referred to as the D&C are largely

revelations given by Joseph Smith during his 14-year ministry from 1830 to 1844. Reading them

without historical context was going to be a grind. So David brought on Bryce Bank, Nagle.

That's me. To help with the history. Yeah, so I host the Naked Mormonism podcast.

It's a serialized history of Joseph Smith and Mormonism.

So David and I teamed up to read through over a hundred very boring revelations.

And that's the thing.
