people do crazy nutrition stuff I've heard. I don't know if I've heard about that. It's out there.

It's out there. Or different, you know, people that are outliers in whatever field are in. It's

interesting to examine those people, examine what goes on in their minds and how they make it happen.

you know, the world of podcasting and YouTube has certainly taken off in the last decade and there's

definitely no shortage of a content out there. So, you know, this type of avenue has been something

I've been interested in in doing myself for the last couple of years and it's you know it's just kind

of finding like where the niche would be the kind of to add to the stuff that's out there

already without kind of being repetitive so adding kind of some new content some new information

and a new angle to some stuff out there and when I when I thought about you doing it, I played around some ideas and kind of came up with

the thought that it would be cool to do a co-host podcast.

And right around that same time, I started kind of following Dr. Baker's exploits both
