I recently heard an interview by Jeremy Lynn. For those of you who remember, there was a time when Jeremy Lynn, who was playing with the Knicks, experienced something called Lynn Sanity, which is he was playing so well he took the country and in some

cases the world by storm. He tells a story on how it happened. The head coach told him that he was

going to be playing a game. And before he got into the game, the assistant coach says don't try to do

too much. Jeremy Lynn goes on to say that

that got in his head and he tried to play it safe. And by playing it safe, he played absolutely

terrible because he was trying to let the game come to him and not do too much. So the game's over

and they're going to their next game and Jeremy Lynn's agent calls him.

He says, hey, this is going to be your last game. When you get in, you got to go all out.

This is it. You'll probably never make it to the NBA again. Jeremy Lynn said those words

unlocked him. He thought, if this was going to be the last time I'm going to play in the NBA,

what do I have to lose? I'm going to go for it. And boy, did he go for it. He went off. He went off in

that game and the next game and the next game. And once again, took the country by storm. Even to this

day, people remember Lynn Sanity and that incredible run that he went on

and so the message and the moral of the story is to go for it live today play that game approach work

like you have nothing to lose as if you're it's it's over anyway there's that one phrase that says

what would you do if you knew you could not fail what if what would you do if you knew that failure

was inevitable go for it you know you're going to lose anyway you know you're going to get sent down

anyway so you have nothing to lose. Might as well attack.

And it's amazing how when you have that mindset, how it unlocks you, when losing it is inevitable

and you have and just swing for the fences, it's amazing on how you're a lot more fluid.
