These are advertising, advertising agents back in the day.

And they offer a book of simple principles of pursuing unhappiness and just being really

creative.

But I love what they say here about fear.

Quote, fear is a demon that devours the soul of a company.

It diminishes the quality of our imagination.

It dulls our appetite for adventure. It sucks away our youth. Fear leads to self-doubt,

which is the worst enemy of creativity. If fear is our principal adversary, then courage is our chief

ally. It is the first of the eight creative habits for good reason. It is the habit that guarantees

all the others. In the absence of courage, nothing worthwhile can be accomplished, close quote.

What I love about that, it, I love it because it doesn't just apply to being a creative agent or an

artist or a musician, but this also relates

to sports. It relates to business. It relates to family. It relates to each and every one of us

pursuing our dreams. Fear is a demon. It is a demon that devours a soul of a company, a team,

a family. However, fear isn't something that

you can say, just be fearless. We're all going to have fear. And what I love about what they say

is that the ally or the adversary to fear is courage. And courage isn't the absence of fear it's the ability to stare it in a face
