However, there are certain things that will inhibit relationship building or inhibit your

These are the four things we discussed. Number one is you can't make excuses. No excuses. When you're

performing at a high level in a high performing environment, there's no time to point fingers or to make excuses for

lack of performance. You just have to get, you just got to get the job done. And rather than make

excuses or come up with reasons why it didn't happen, you just need to take ownership,

take accountability, say this is what I did, this is what I should didn't happen, you just need to take ownership. Take accountability.

And you just go be better next time.
