Six principles of a high performance mindset. When I'm done reading these six, please pick your favorite.

Number one, you're never too good to get better. Now, a caveat to that is you're never too bad to get better either. But this is an important principle because as we focus on the process of growth and continual improvement, we need to remember that you're never too good to get better. And that's one thing

0:39.2

that I love about learning from the best in the world is they're always sharpening their acts,

0:45.6

trying to get a little bit better. No stone is unturned, trying to optimize in every single way.

1:38.2

or I can't do a big chunk of it. So we just don't do it at all. No, focus on doing even a

1:43.8

little bit. Something is better

1:45.3

than nothing. Number four, focus on the process, not the results. The results are going to come

1:50.4

and go. They're going to come and go. And sometimes you might have good results with a terrible

1:54.3

process. Sometimes you're going to have bad results with a good process. But the key about the process

1:59.0

is that you can control it focus on the process make it flexible

2:03.9

make it simple and and identify make sure that it aligns with where you want to go number five
