| 0:00.0 | Good morning and welcome to the Increase Screen Pack Podcast. I'm Justin Sua episode |
| 0:03.9 | 1,894. I'm going to read to you an excerpt from James Clear, another one that I |
| 0:08.7 | just love. Here it is quote, many people have a hard time making decisions because |
| 0:13.8 | they don't know what is important. When you have a clear mission and you are |
| 0:18.0 | completely sure what's important to you, most decisions become easy. Once you're |
| 0:24.0 | fully committed, you don't need rules for how to spend your time. It's obvious |
| 0:28.7 | which decision to make. It's clear what to prioritize. Many people don't need |

| 1:23.2 | you're committed to the purpose, when you're committed to the mission, you do |
| 1:27.6 | what's required. You do what it takes. It takes what it takes and you're willing |
| 1:34.0 | to pay the price. You know it's part of the journey. It's going to be hard. It's |
| 1:38.0 | going to be taxing. You're willing to embrace the boredom of consistency. And so |
| 1:44.3 | for those of you who are listening to this and you may find yourself getting |
| 1:48.6 | distracted, thinking, having sloppy thoughts and allowing your focus to get |
| 1:57.6 | derailed by minor distractions, my invitation you is to reconnect or connect to |
