there was a wise man who was listening to a group of people complaining about the same problems over and over again.

One day he decided to tell them a joke, and they all roared with laughter.

After a few minutes, he told him the same joke, and only a few of them smiled.

Then he told the same joke for a third time, but no one laughed or smiled anymore.

The wise man told them, you can't laugh at the same joke over and over. So why are you

always crying about the same problem? So often, we spend hours, days, and weeks ruminating and

complaining over the same problems, when in reality, it doesn't help us get any closer to the solution.

Yes, we're human. It's okay to vent and complain from time to time, but don't let it become a pattern.

Don't let yourself complain about the same issue over and over again without focusing on what you're going to do about it.
