For those of you who don't know, my daughter is an actor. Here's a simple plug for her show.

She is the star of a TV show called Pretty Freaking Theory on the Disney Channel, but that's not the purpose of this episode I've learned a lot

about acting as I watched her throughout her career and what's interesting about each character

that she portrays she needs to learn about the character she needs to understand her she needs to

know her motives she knows to know her history her context

her personality how she responds to different things and then she becomes her the character is her

and it's so neat to see my daughter transform into different characters as she does her career.

Now, what's really interesting is that you and I could do the same in our different

walks of life.

Now, if you're an athlete, I want you to imagine what the best athlete is like, your favorite athlete.

How does he act?

How does she practice?

How does that athlete respond to adversity?

How do they play?

What's their attitude?

What's their body language like?

Think about that.

Think about the best athlete that you know in your sports.

leader, what is a leader? Think about this leader you admire. Can be famous or not. How does that person

act? How do they treat people? How do they hold meetings? How do they paint their vision to everybody?
