I want to read to you an excerpt from the newsletter that I got from Shane Parrish on Sunday.

He said this. We're talking about the difference between average and outstanding. He says this, quote,

the difference between failure and success is often just staying with a problem a little longer.

One more rep, one more step, one more minute, one more revision, one more attempt.

The difference between average and outstanding is often just one more, close quote.

I think we believe many times that we are so far away from where we need to be.

And in some cases, that might be true.

But in other cases, we are a lot closer than we think we are.

And it might just be doing that one more,

a little more effort, a little more focus, a little more intensity, one more rep, one more step,

just as Shane and company says. And so my question for you today, for those of you who are

journaling, is where do you need to step up your game a little bit more?

Where do you need to show a little bit more focus, a little more care, a little more intent,

a little more purpose, what aspects of your life, whether it be physical,

and your relationships, spiritual, financial.

And what does it specifically look like?

What does a little more specifically look like?

Write it down.

Think about it.

Do something about it.
