Sometimes, the more you want something, the more you push it away. The more you chase it,

the more it evades you. The more you try to figure it out, the more complicated you make it.

Situations like this require more trusting and allowing and less forcing and fixing.

There may be some of you listening to this who are in a situation where it just seems like

you're making things harder than it really is.

No one's telling you that.

It just feels like it.

You may be going through a situation where you used to be able to do what you're trying to do.

You've been working at it so long it should not be this difficult.

It should not be this hard.

Maybe some of you have gone years.

You have thousands of reps where it's a lot

easier than it currently is for you. And as you're trying to figure it out, you're making it more

complicated. As you're trying to chase it, it feels like it slips right through your fingers.

As you're as, as you want something to happen so bad, you get more and more frustrated because it's just not happening.

You look to your left.

You look to your right.

And it seemed like it's coming so easy for other people.

And maybe you get frustrated because some of those other people aren't working as hard as you.

This is a reminder to allow and to trust. Sometimes you, before you

need to, before you get out of the hole that you've dug for yourself, you need to drop the shovel.
