| 1:19.0 | past successes. You might be trying to get back to your old self, that old version, that person who you used to be and you're chasing a ghost |
| 1:30.1 | instead of letting go, accepting your current circumstances, focusing on what you can control |
| 1:37.3 | and going being a best version of yourself today, doing the best with what you have today. |
| 1:42.6 | And so today, my question to you is, what do you need to let go of? |
| 1:48.5 | Good or bad? Identify what that is. And then think about what does letting go even look like to you. |
