My sore is, my throat is a little sore, but the show must go on. We talk often about little things that can make a big difference.

And one of those little things are the words that you say to yourself,

your internal dialogue,

your thought process when you face adversity,

what you think when you're facing a huge problem.

I recently came across an article

where Tiger Woods was describing how his father would

teach him the importance of speaking properly to himself. And what he did is he would record his voice

saying a number of phrases. And these are the phrases that Tiger Woods as a young child

would say into a video recorder and listen to it over and over again. These are the words.

These are the phrases. Quote, I believe in me. I will own my own destiny. I smile at obstacles.

I am first in my resolve. I fulfill my resolutions powerfully. My strength is great. I stick to it easily, naturally. My will moves mountains. I focus and give it my all. My decisions are strong. I do it with all my heart, close quote.

Tiger goes on to say that he listened to these tapes of himself so often that he wore

him out over and over and over again.

How's your self-talk?

If you had the chance to record your own voice so you can give yourself words

and reminders what would you tell yourself what productive phrases and principles and reminders
