holiday has one titled Your Weakness Can Be Your Strength. And he goes on the

right that a new HBO documentary on Tony Hawk talks about how early pool and

vert skaters needed a certain amount of strength to yank the board up and out

of the ramp to get air for a trick. Now Tony Hawk was a skinny little kid and

he did not have the strength to do this trick. And it seemed at first like a

disadvantage until the moment that it drove him to innovate a new move called

Ollying. Now those of you who have skateboarded or familiar with the term

maybe you've never skateboarded in your life you know what the term Ollying means

and he had to Olly as he wrote up the lip and thus changed skateboarding

forever. And Ryan holiday goes on to say that this is a classic example of

Marcus Aurelius and when he said how the impediment to action advances

action. What stood in a way was Hawk's inability to perform a certain task

physically and it became a new way. He ended up figuring it out. A new way in

which his mind and creativity and courage was able to create something from
