Our brain is a powerful mechanism

and it's interesting whenever we struggle in something,

you fail, it's embarrassing,

it's you experience strong emotional feelings.

What's gonna happen is your brain's gonna protect you

from never wanting to experience that again.

And so it's gonna pull you back from going for it.

It's gonna pull you back from putting yourself out there

and putting yourself in situations

where failure is likely and in some cases inevitable.

When that happens, this is a good technique to practice.
