| 0:00.0 | Good morning and welcome to the Increase Your Impact Podcast, Justin Suta here |
| 0:03.7 | episode 1,774. The next few episodes, I don't know how many exactly, I want to give |
| 0:11.0 | you some very specific tools that I have seen useful for some of the players |
| 0:18.0 | that I have worked with. Now these tools aren't things that I invented, most of |
| 0:22.5 | them are tools and skills, mainly tools, not necessarily skills that athletes |
| 0:28.7 | have invented themselves and that they created, leveraging their |
| 0:32.1 | understanding of the mind of their own bodies, of how they work, and I want to |

| 1:14.9 | all the way till they get to Z. They can make a competition out of it, you can do |
| 1:18.7 | it by yourself. Now what the interesting thing is this player ended up doing it |
| 1:22.6 | and he came up to me after the game, he says, hey that game was extremely |
| 1:27.5 | helpful because it gave his mind something to chew on. Rather than worrying |
| 1:32.9 | about worst case scenario and worrying about what the future held, he was focused |
| 1:36.7 | on winning the ABC game and they played it over and over and over. They had some |
