You cannot underestimate the power of starting strong. Strong starts are so important. A strong start to a

workout, a strong start to your day, a strong start to an event. Yes, how you finish

matters too, but today, this episode, we're focusing on the strong start. Starting momentum,

gaining, getting the engine going, it's like a rocket. When a rocket takes off, it has a lot of

resources, a lot of energy, a lot of energy,

a lot of power to start off to shoot it into outer space. Today, I want you to focus on the strong

start. Starting with great energy, starting with enthusiasm, starting with positivity,

starting whatever you're doing, hoping for the best,

going in with conviction, going in with confidence, going in knowing that you're going to give

your best and that as you do, you increase the odds of it working out as opposed to starting tentative starting with hesitation

starting with listening to those fears and those doubts as opposed to starting haphazardly and

starting without purpose and not deliberately today it, it's all about starting strong,

starting powerful. And once you're done listening to this, whatever you're doing,

whatever you're starting, start strong.
