Glad to be here. Spencer, thanks for being here. We just met today. I never met you before. And I would love to know a little bit about how you, what you do and how you got plugged into Watermark.

Yeah. I'm an engineer by trade. I went to Texas A&M. Gagam. That's where I went. Gygum. And I got a mechanical

engineering degree. So I ended up here in Dallas for my job. Been involved in Watermark for about five and a half years.

Started in the preschool ministry. Okay. Moved up every year with the kids that I have. So

now in third grade with the boys that I have. And it's just been really great and a great

privilege to get to spend time with them and just kind of pour into them. And it's actually where I

met my wife,

Catherine. Nice. That was fun. That's so fun. What is your favorite part about serving with

third grade boys? I think just how much they know, even at the age of third grade, just how much

they know about God. And you can see like when their parents spend intentional time with them just to

get to see those moments

or like, hey, like, here's this question that we have for you. And it's like, they already know

the answers and things like that. It's just amazing. That's awesome. So fun. If you're hearing this,

pray for Spencer's voice that they grow up to know and love the Lord and continue chasing after them.

Shout out on your mark. Room 13. It's awesome. Today we're in Colossians 4, right? Yes. And Spencer,

I would love to know, as you read Colossians 4, how do we see God's character? Yeah, I think two things

that I kind of saw from this is, one, is God's love, because he knows what's best for us,

and he desires a relationship with us.

And, you know, one way we can do that is through prayer because in a relationship you've got to spend time with somebody and you've got to talk with them and we can do that with God through that.

And two is God's dependability.
